Our records show your order was placed on 21 July 2026 at 4:57 pm and lodged with Australia Post on the morning of 23 July, within our advertised processing timeframe. A tracking number was provided when your order was fulfilled, and tracking updates were available through your Shopify order as well as via Australia Post email notifications sent to the email address provided with your order. Australia Post attempted delivery on 27 July but was unable to leave the parcel as the tracking states “Safe place not suitable.” The parcel was then made available for collection at Tugun LPO before Australia Post confirmed delivery on 4 August at 1:03 pm. I have melasma and blemish prone skin so I have tried many different cleansers but none compare to this. It doesn’t dry my skin out like most but also feels like a deep clean each time. Smells great and has definitely helped brighten my skin and fade my dark patches (with other brightening creams on top of course)
