I have never received my order

Our records show your order was placed on 21 July 2026 at 4:57 pm and lodged with Australia Post on the morning of 23 July, within our advertised processing timeframe. A tracking number was provided when your order was fulfilled, and tracking updates were available through your Shopify order as well as via Australia Post email notifications sent to the email address provided with your order. Australia Post attempted delivery on 27 July but was unable to leave the parcel as the tracking states “Safe place not suitable.” The parcel was then made available for collection at Tugun LPO before Australia Post confirmed delivery on 4 August at 1:03 pm. Scalp feels so clean and my dandruff has reduced! Was having consistent build up prior to this and it has greatly helped clean and nourish my scalp + hair follicles.
Important to have hydrating conditioner after use but this is the best shampoo I have ever used in my life.
Love this. Can feel how clean my skin feels and I saw results within a week. As an African male this is excellent. I just wish it the soap lasted for longer!
Great product, feels nice on the skin and dries quickly so you can put other products or make up on afterwards
I have melasma and blemish prone skin so I have tried many different cleansers but none compare to this. It doesn’t dry my skin out like most but also feels like a deep clean each time. Smells great and has definitely helped brighten my skin and fade my dark patches (with other brightening creams on top of course)
