Bubble Clinic currently ships within Australia only.

Shipping rates

• Standard shipping: $10 for Australian orders under $50.
• Free standard shipping: Australian orders of $50 or more.
• Express shipping: $15 where available at checkout.

Shipping eligibility and the final rate are confirmed at checkout.

Processing times

Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. During unusually busy periods, processing may take longer.

Estimated delivery

Standard delivery is typically 2–5 business days after dispatch. Remote and regional areas may take longer. Express delivery is generally faster where available, but all delivery times are estimates rather than guarantees and can be affected by carrier conditions.

Tracking

Where tracking is available, tracking details are sent after dispatch. Carrier scans and delivery updates are controlled by the delivery provider and may not appear immediately.

Delivery delays

We are not responsible for carrier delays outside our reasonable control, but we will assist where practical if a parcel appears delayed or missing.

Address accuracy

Please check your delivery address carefully before completing checkout. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered fulfilment.

International shipping

We do not currently offer international shipping through our online store.
