These Terms govern your use of the Bubble Clinic website and purchases made through our online store.

2. Website use

You must use this website lawfully and must not interfere with its security, functionality or operation. You must not misuse website content, attempt unauthorised access, or use our services for unlawful purposes.

3. Product information

We take reasonable care to keep product descriptions, ingredients, images, prices and availability accurate. Packaging, colour, texture or other non-material details can vary from images or change over time. We may correct genuine errors or update information when required.

4. Orders and payment

All prices are displayed in Australian dollars (AUD) unless stated otherwise. Available payment methods are shown at checkout. An order is not accepted until payment is successfully authorised or otherwise accepted by us. We may cancel or decline an order where reasonably necessary, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors or stock unavailability, and will provide any refund due.

5. Shipping

We currently ship within Australia only. Shipping rates, free-shipping eligibility, processing times and delivery estimates are set out in our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Delivery estimates are not guarantees.

6. Returns and refunds

Our Returns & Refunds Policy explains our voluntary change-of-mind policy and the process for requesting a remedy. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law apply independently of our voluntary policy.

7. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Where consumer guarantees apply, the remedies available depend on the circumstances and whether a problem is major or minor.

8. Product use

Please read product directions, ingredient information and warnings before use. Patch testing is recommended for new topical products, particularly for people with known sensitivities. Stop use if irritation occurs. Product information on this website is general in nature and is not a substitute for personalised medical advice.

9. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, website content, branding, graphics, product photography and written material are owned by or licensed to Bubble Clinic and may not be copied, reproduced or commercially exploited without permission, except as permitted by law.

10. Third-party services and links

Our website may use or link to third-party services such as payment providers, delivery providers, review platforms and social or marketing services. Those services may have their own terms and privacy practices.

11. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss that is not reasonably foreseeable or that arises from misuse of a product, failure to follow instructions, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
