Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to shop with confidence. This policy explains Bubble Clinic’s voluntary returns process and your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

If a product isn’t right for your skin or hair

Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order if a skincare, haircare or personal-care product is not right for you. We can consider a return even if the product has been opened or tried.

When you contact us, please let us know whether you would prefer a refund, exchange or store credit. We’ll review the request and confirm the most appropriate option and any return instructions.

For hygiene and safety, please do not send products back until we have provided return instructions. We may ask for reasonable order details, photographs or information about the product and how it was used.

Other change-of-mind returns

For unopened items returned simply because you changed your mind, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. Items should be in saleable condition and in their original packaging where practical. Gift cards, personalised items and items clearly marked final sale are excluded from voluntary change-of-mind returns unless required by law.

For voluntary returns that are not related to a product problem under the ACL, return postage may be the customer’s responsibility and original delivery charges may not be refundable. We will confirm this before you return anything.

Faulty, damaged, unsafe or misdescribed products

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are separate from, and are not limited by, our voluntary returns policy. Consumer guarantees may apply where goods are faulty, unsafe, not of acceptable quality, not fit for purpose, or do not match their description or sample.

ACL rights are not limited to 30 days and a faulty product does not need to be unopened or in its original packaging. We may ask for reasonable proof of purchase and may assess the product before providing a remedy.

Where a product has a major problem, you may be entitled to choose a refund or replacement. For a minor problem, we are entitled to provide an appropriate remedy within a reasonable time. Nothing in this policy excludes or restricts rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under the ACL.

Return costs for faulty products

For products that can be posted or easily returned, you may initially need to return the item to us for assessment. If we confirm the product has a problem covered by the consumer guarantees, we will reimburse reasonable return postage costs. Please keep your postage receipt.

Items damaged in transit

If an order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible with your order number and, where practical, clear photographs so we can investigate quickly. This request for prompt contact does not limit any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

How to request a return or remedy

Email hello@bubbleclinic.com.au with your order number, the item concerned and a brief description of the issue. We will provide return instructions where a return is required. Please do not send products back without contacting us first.

Refund timing

Once a refund has been approved, we will process it to the original payment method as promptly as reasonably possible. Your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time before the funds appear in your account.

Exchanges and store credit

Where an exchange or store credit is available, we will explain the options when reviewing your request.
