Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to shop with confidence. This policy explains our voluntary change-of-mind returns process and your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

Change-of-mind returns

For change-of-mind returns, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible under our change-of-mind policy, products must be unused, unopened, in saleable condition and in their original packaging.

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used skincare, haircare, fragrance and personal-care products are not accepted for change-of-mind returns. Gift cards, personalised items and items clearly marked final sale are also excluded from change-of-mind returns unless required by law.

Customers are responsible for return postage for approved change-of-mind returns. Original delivery charges are not refundable for change-of-mind returns.

Faulty, damaged, unsafe or misdescribed products

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are separate from, and are not limited by, our change-of-mind policy. Consumer guarantees may apply where goods are faulty, unsafe, not of acceptable quality, not fit for purpose, or do not match their description or sample.

ACL rights are not limited to 30 days and a faulty product does not need to be unopened or in its original packaging. We may ask for reasonable proof of purchase and may assess the product before providing a remedy.

Where a product has a major problem, you may be entitled to choose a refund or replacement. For a minor problem, we are entitled to provide an appropriate remedy within a reasonable time. Nothing in this policy excludes or restricts rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under the ACL.

Return costs for faulty products

For products that can be posted or easily returned, you may initially need to return the item to us for assessment. If we confirm the product has a problem covered by the consumer guarantees, we will reimburse reasonable return postage costs. Please keep your postage receipt.

Items damaged in transit

If an order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible with your order number and, where practical, clear photographs so we can investigate quickly. This request for prompt contact does not limit any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

How to request a return or remedy

Email hello@bubbleclinic.com.au with your order number, the item concerned and a brief description of the issue. We will provide return instructions where a return is required. Please do not send products back without contacting us first.

Refund timing

Once a refund has been approved, we will process it to the original payment method as promptly as reasonably possible. Your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time before the funds appear in your account.

Exchanges

Where an exchange is available, we will explain the options when reviewing your request. For change-of-mind requests, we may ask you to return the original item and place a new order.
