Shampoo: Apply to wet hair and scalp, massage gently, leave for 1–2 minutes and rinse thoroughly. Begin two to three times weekly and adjust according to scalp comfort.
Conditioner: Apply through damp mid-lengths and ends after shampooing, then rinse thoroughly.
Hair mask: Follow the directions on the selected product packaging. Avoid contact with the eyes.

We want you to shop with confidence. This policy explains Bubble Clinic’s voluntary returns process and your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order if you change your mind or if a skincare, haircare or personal-care product is not suitable for you.
We can consider a return even if the product has been opened or tried. Please contact us before sending anything back so we can provide return instructions.
For approved change-of-mind or not-suitable returns, the customer is responsible for return postage. Original delivery charges are generally not refundable unless required by law.
Once the return is received and approved, we can provide a refund, exchange/replacement or store credit, depending on your preference and the circumstances.
Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are separate from, and are not limited by, our voluntary returns policy. Consumer guarantees may apply where goods are faulty, damaged, unsafe, not of acceptable quality, not fit for purpose, incorrect, or do not match their description or sample.
Where a return is required for a product issue covered by the ACL, Bubble Clinic will cover reasonable return postage costs. Please contact us before returning the item so we can provide instructions or a return label where appropriate.
Depending on the circumstances, you may choose a refund, replacement or store credit. Store credit is always optional and does not replace any refund, replacement or other remedy you are entitled to under the Australian Consumer Law.
Where a product has a major problem, you may be entitled to choose a refund or replacement. For a minor problem, the remedies available will be provided in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.
Email hello@bubbleclinic.com.au with your order number, the item concerned and a brief description of the reason for the return. For faulty or damaged items, photographs may help us assess the issue quickly.
Please do not send products back before contacting us.
Once a refund has been approved, we will process it to the original payment method as promptly as reasonably possible. Your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time before the funds appear in your account.
