Eligibility for Returns

• Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.
• To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
• Products that have been damaged or altered after delivery are not eligible for returns.
• Due to the nature of our skincare and haircare products, we cannot accept returns of used items for hygiene and safety reasons.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Contact our customer support team at hello@bubbleclinic.com.au with your order number and reason for return.
2. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization and shipping instructions.
3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include the proof of purchase or receipt.
4. Ship the product to the address provided in the return instructions.

Return Shipping Costs

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item sent).
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for your return, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

Refunds

• Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card issuer to process the refund.
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
