Eligibility for Returns
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.
- To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- Products that have been damaged or altered after delivery are not eligible for returns.
- Due to the nature of our skincare and haircare products, we cannot accept returns of used items for hygiene and safety reasons.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact our customer support team at sales@bubbleclinic.shop with your order number and reason for return.
- Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization and shipping instructions.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include the proof of purchase or receipt.
- Ship the product to the address provided in the return instructions.
Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item sent).
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for your return, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
Refunds
- Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card issuer to process the refund.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
